Chris Hovde, is an experienced senior leader and expert with a broad business background from various leadership positions ranging from retail, healthcare, telecom and the energy sector, He has held leadership and HR positions in large international companies such as Telia, IKEA and Varner Group, as well as the former CEO of an Oslo based healthcare clinic called Balder and recently was heading Culture and Leadership development in Telia Company.
He is currently working as Culture, Leadership and Growth lead at Aker BP. Other engagements range from Chairman of the Board of Future Leaders Global and Hagegata 31, Boardmember of HR Norway, Founder of A Regenerative Future and host of the podcast with the same name.
He has been nominated for a number of awards for his work within culture, leadership and growth, always with a digital twist. Working relentlessly towards our mission to make people and technology cocreate a better future for us all.
He is educated within Retailing Management from BI, Management Theories from NHH, an Executive Master in Management, a master’s program in Digital Transformation and Leadership from Oslo MET and leadership programs from Oxford leadership. He is a life long learner and continuously seek to learn about the latest within (self)leadership development, culture, development and digital tools that can support.
He was born in Skien, raised in Drammen and Bergen. He now lives in his Oslo jungle, with his little Frenchie called Buddha.
Lisa – Executive assistant
Lisa is our executive assistant. She sends out morning briefs with todays meetings, emails that needs to be answered, reminder to plan time for travel and even suggest wellness breaks in-between deliveries and meetings.
She even send out evening briefs to make sure everyones mind is at rest and that everyone feels assured that the current day is set and on top of what’s happening the day after. tomorrow.
She is always there to answer any question you have or be your sparring partner on anything. She knows everything about the company and is a living cyclopedia.
And a true friend when you need one.
Alex – Communication Expert
Alex AI is our communication expert with an extensive experience in staying on top of meetings and emails. He makes sure communication is made simple, so that we can spend time on what matters for our customers.
He joins all our meetings to take notes and makes sure all participants get a neat summary after. He also drafts follow up email to all participants with actions and next steps. If there’s a need for a follow up meeting, he even propose a suitable time for that.
For our internal team he also drafts answers to all our emails and sort them, all so that we can easily stay on top of our inboxes at all times.
Sofia – Designer
Sofia AI is our prominent designer which drafts elegant presentations in both design and content.
She can take any presentation and make it look on brand and like its designed by a large professional agency.
When our team has an idea for a new presentation or key-note, she brings it to life in minutes, with great content and beautiful design. Saving a lot of time for our experts, but always leaving it up to them to do the finishing touches.
